Comparative Effectiveness of Therapies for Reducing the Risk of Primary Breast Cancer: Guidance for Shared Decision Making- Compare the effectiveness of tamoxifen, raloxifene, and tibolone in the general population and specific subpopulations of at-risk women. Evaluate key differences in side effects, harms, persistence, and adherence associated with tamoxifen, raloxifene, and tibolone.
